IAW has engaged the Power of WHEN® service level, which combines mindful methodology with advanced technology to deliver online advising and one-on-one guidance.

In support of IAW wellness initiatives, WHEN will deliver proprietary and ongoing online advising programs to enrollees throughout a 12-month period through its team of professionally trained WHEN Advisors®.

“We are pleased to have sourced a top provider to deliver these diverse and needed one-one membership programs that will enhance ‘IAW Works For You’, an upcoming initiative we’ll launch soon,” Megan Bozzuto, IAW Director of Marketing said.

IAW Member Experiences

Dozens of IAW members have already begun their programs with WHEN Advisors.

Here’s what they’re saying:

“I liked everything about the program! I think what helped me the most were two of the tools.  The first was the practicing mindfulness.  Using mindfulness helped me to quit wasting my time on other activities that I used to escape.  Mindfulness made me more aware of my surrounds and how I actual felt.  I was able to get more sleep because one of my activities was to either play games or watch videos on my iPad for an hour after everyone else went to bed.  That was my shutdown time.  Mindfulness helped me to not feel like I needed that anymore.  I did not feel like I needed to escape the stress of the day and shutdown. The second tool that helped me was the mantras and taking 30 minutes for myself when I got home each evening.  My mantra is about being worthy to have the 30 minutes I need to myself each day.  It enabled me to let go and allow my son to start being more mature and doing things for himself.  That was a big difference and a big change for me.  It was very freeing and took a lot of stress off of me to let go.

One evening my husband and I were talking and I told him about the program.  I asked him if he had noticed that I was much happier and calmer.  He said he had noticed but just thought I was on drugs.  ?

I have already shared how this program has helped me to my sister and she has asked for the information because she wants to do it too.  I am very appreciative for the opportunity to do this program.  It has really made a big difference for me and I enjoyed working with my WHEN Advisor.” ~ Carolyn Dixon, CEO/CFO, IAW Member, WHEN BEING Program

“My WHEN Advisor was a great facilitator and I loved talking with her! She brought clarity to me and helped me figure so many things out. Thank you!” – IAW Member, WHEN Career Program
“My WHEN Advisor was excellent and helped develop a plan to lose weight. Since I started with her I lost five pounds.” – IAW Member, WHEN Being Program

WHEN Partner Administration

WHEN has developed an Internet Member Portal (MyWHEN® Dashboard) for hosting its partner programs, providing data results, and full support for partner administration. IAW will license the dashboard from WHEN and make advisory services available to its large and growing membership base.

“We are looking to continually provide the best offerings to our members, and we welcome WHEN to our IAW community,” Megan Bozzuto added.

“We know how important it is for IAW to take the extra steps to help their members achieve the kind of health, happiness, satisfaction, career success, and personal fulfillment that they are searching for in their lives,” said Randy Miller, founder and Chief WHEN Officer® of WHEN Enterprises. “On behalf of our entire WHEN management team, we are confident that our programs can deliver these meaningful well-being results. To an exciting and productive 2020 ahead with our IAW partner relations”
