Become A Professionally Trained WHEN Advisor®

Becoming a WHEN Advisor means you’re part of a select team of highly skilled Health, Career and Personal Being advisors that help people improve their lives. WHEN Advisors are carefully selected and professionally trained on the Find Your When process – a methodology that uncovers, empowers and guides WHEN® members through their own best paths for success. And most importantly, provides the guidance and support that people need to achieve their goals and find happiness in their lives.

WHEN Career Advisor® Requirements

WHEN Career Advisors are required to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with Master’s degree preferred, and at least 10 years of relevant skills and knowledge from professional experience. Possible areas of experience may include career counseling, career coaching, career services, career educator, college and university advising, employment services, human resources, life and personal coaching, workforce development, and vocational rehabilitation.

To be considered as a WHEN Career Advisor please submit a professional resume, 2 personal and 2 professional references and a personal statement. Written personal statement to include why you are attracted to working as a WHEN Career Advisor (150 word max). Also list all certifications, licenses, and trainings attended.

WHEN Being Advisor® Requirements

WHEN Being Advisors are required to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred (exceptions may be made when commensurate experience is demonstrated), and 3+ years of professional experience in related fields.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • An open and accepting attitude toward all forms of spiritual practices.
  • Are passionate about helping others and learning new methods.
  • Are flexible, non-judgmental, compassionate and caring.
  • Desire to develop and evolve their own WHEN® Being.

Areas of prior experience may include, but are not limited to: employee wellness, counseling, life and personal coaching, human resources, university advising, and other psychological services/programs. WHEN Health Advisor® Requirements

All WHEN Health Advisors are Naturopathic physicians who graduated from an accredited naturopathic college with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience. They will have an understanding and personal experience of naturopathic principles to include the following:

Requirements for the successful applicant:

  • Healing Power of Nature – work with nature to support the inner wisdom of the body.
  • Do No Harm – use the least amount of intervention to provide the most powerful result.
  • Treat the Whole – body, mind and spirit are connected, so by treating the physical, the emotional, mental well-being would also improve and vice versa.
  • Teach and Nurture – take time to explain the treatments, answer questions and empower patients to get involved in their own healing process
  • Treat the Cause – a naturopathic doctor looks to treat the root problem, rather than mask or suppress symptoms.
  • Promote Overall Wellness – naturopathy promotes overall health and wellness by encouraging members to follow a healthy lifestyle.
  • Passion for helping people and learning new things. Open mind, flexibility, and embody the belief that the body and the spirit have the innate ability to heal.

Each WHEN Health Advisor will be required to have:

  • Active naturopathic medical license
  • Active certificate to dispense
  • Annual fulfillment of CME licensing requirements
  • Active malpractice insurance
