Before creating WHEN, Randy was the Founder and former CEO of ReadyMinds, a legacy to assist others with their online career planning. His vision and drive made ReadyMinds one of the nation’s most successful Online Career and Training organizations for more than 16 years. Randy eventually sold the ReadyMinds assets in January 2012 to Apollo Group/ University of Phoenix.

Randy has co-authored, contributed, and been editor for numerous publications, appeared on national television shows such as ABC’s Business Week and has been interviewed by news organizations such as The New York Times, USA TODAY, MSN Encarta, and Phoenix Business Journal. Throughout his career, Randy has sought to share his knowledge and experiences with others, serve as a business leader, Board Member, Advisor, mentor, co-author and motivational speaker that helps both individuals and businesses gain a better understanding of themselves and their professional milestones.
