Marty is the newest addition to WHEN®’s Advisory team and comes to us with unparalleled experience in the Health Management/Wellbeing arena, serving both as a Sales Executive and Manager exclusively selling to employers on both a direct basis and through national consulting/brokerage firms.
He has a keen understanding of the complex interactions between healthcare providers, health plans, employers, brokers, and healthcare consumers and is passionate about helping employees and their families utilize our healthcare system and their benefits appropriately to stay healthy.
Marty’s entire career has involved working directly with decision makers, including CFOs and VPs of Benefits/HR, to implement Health Management/Coaching solutions to help employers improve the health of their valued employees resulting in lower costs for both their employees and for them – a true “Win-Win” as Marty likes to say.
Marty was born and raised in Boston, MA, and graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in Economics. He also played quarterback and third base at Wesleyan and is a huge competitor who loves to win and hates to lose – which he has continued to exhibit throughout his successful business career.
