Kim DeCoste is the Founder and CEO of DeCoste & Associates, a career management, communication and consulting firm based in Centennial, Colorado since 2007.
She produces live events known as Be Dauntless Success Summits and both writes and creates media content in the recruiting and professional development subject areas.
Kim released her first book, Get Real, Ladies: Career Challenges, Changes and Choices in 2015. She ghostwrote and edited Jigar Shah’s premier book Creating Climate Wealth: Unlocking the Impact Economy in 2013. Kim has been published in numerous magazines and has appeared as a guest expert on television internationally.
Kim’s clients have included the United States Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office, The State of Colorado Community College System, public and for-profit universities, and private companies. She has been a technical and executive recruiter, and a career coach and consultant to Individual clients.
Kim has been an active Rotarian since 2011 and is also the proud recipient of the South Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Extraordinary Leader of the Year Award.
Kim holds an MBA in e-Commerce from Jones International University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California-Santa Cruz in Language Studies & Linguistics (German & Spanish). She is fluent in German and Spanish.
